WHAT WOULD YOU NEED FROM ME TO GET STARTED?
Before we have a conversation, it would be helpful for you to have an updated land survey of your property and your dream outdoor living space wish list, which you can FILL OUT HERE. If not, this will be something we can work on with you, but it helps speed up the process when you have everything we need.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DESIGN?
Yes, we do. In our industry, not only is design the smaller investment you will make, but that smaller investment is there to protect the larger long-term investment. It is the homework necessary to assure value and success, immediate and long term. It is also a legal and binding contract between the client and us. The design is a mutual contract, with us both agreeing to precisely what is to be built and executed as well as how that is realized. The more detail, clarity, and transparency, the better for both parties to achieve their goals, which provides mutual value.
There is no one size fits all in our industry. We have completed over 3,500 projects, and not one design or build the same. It can’t be, because every site, client, budget, need, solution, etc. is different. Everything is custom, and it doesn’t exist yet. Even more, a reason to make sure the design makes sense.
WILL YOU BUILD SOMEONE ELSE’S DESIGN WE HAVE?
It depends. It’s essential that we feel it’s a quality design and well thought out. This would need to be a further discussion with you, and if we feel like it’s the right fit, then we can do it.
CAN I PAY YOU FOR THE DESIGN AND HAVE SOMEONE ELSE BUILD IT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF NJ?
Again, it depends. We are open to this discussion, but it depends on the rules of the state you live, what you’re looking for, and more. Let’s have a discussion, and from there, we’ll be able to see if it’s the right fit.
WILL YOU WORK WITH THE OTHER PROFESSIONALS ON MY PROJECT?
Yes, we are all about working as a team. If you’re building a home at the same time you’re building a pool, both companies must work together.
HOW MUCH DO YOUR PROJECTS TYPICALLY COST?
Typically, our projects range from $75,000 to $3,000,000.
